Responsibility will be:The checking of the kitchen (Does not need to be a chef) basically walking around keeping eyes that the food does not grow "legs". Making sure that the storerooms are always locked. Key carrier, open and close storerooms Making sure that all  packets that are "taken out" in the evenings, when staff leave, does not contain kitchen food. To cover in the Bar when the main barman is off. Issuing of bar stock.
